Plain language. No dark patterns. If anything here is unclear, email hello@keystone.eu and a real person will reply.
Keystone is a co-brand operated jointly by SENIC (Sustainable Entrepreneurship and Innovation Center) and the Diesis Network. SENIC is the data controller for everything you submit through this website. Our methodology is peer-reviewed by RAISE Alliance university partners, but they receive no personal data.
We do not use cookies for tracking, behavioural advertising, or third-party analytics. We do not fingerprint your browser. We do not sell or share data with advertisers.
Submissions are written to a Google Sheet inside a Google Drive account owned by SENIC, accessible only to a small named team at SENIC and Diesis. Transactional emails (your Snapshot result, newsletter welcome, contact-form acknowledgement) are sent via Resend, an email-delivery service we use to send from office@senic.org; Resend processes the email payload but does not retain the content beyond standard delivery logs. The Calendly booking widget is loaded from Calendly's servers; if you book a call, your name and email are visible to Calendly under their own privacy policy.
We retain submissions for 24 months by default. If you become a client, we retain engagement records for the duration of the contract plus the period required by Belgian and Italian tax law (typically 10 years for invoicing records). If you only subscribed to the newsletter, you can request deletion at any time and we'll act on it within 30 days.
For the newsletter and Snapshot, we rely on your consent — clicking "subscribe" or "send report" is the consent action. For client engagements, we rely on contract performance. For tax records, we rely on legal obligation. We never rely on "legitimate interest" to send marketing you didn't ask for.
Email hello@keystone.eu with the subject line "data request" and the address you used to subscribe. We'll confirm receipt within 5 working days and complete the request within 30 days, as required by GDPR Articles 15 and 17.
You have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict processing of, port, and object to processing of your personal data. You can also withdraw consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of past processing. If you believe we've mishandled your data, you can complain to your national data protection authority — for SENIC's primary jurisdiction this is the Garante per la protezione dei dati personali in Italy.

Nothing on this website constitutes investment advice, legal advice, or a binding offer. The Readiness Snapshot is an indicative self-assessment, not a substitute for the full Diagnostic. Engagements with SENIC, Diesis, or any RAISE Alliance partner are governed by separate written contracts.
The Plan A Impact Framework is owned 50/50 by SENIC and Diesis. The Keystone wordmark and arch device are co-brand assets of SENIC and Diesis.
