About Keystone

We built Keystone because the readiness gap is the bottleneck.

Mission-driven organisations have impact ready to scale. Capital, corporates and public buyers have money ready to deploy. Between them sits a layer of work — strategy, evidence, financial modelling, governance — that nobody is structurally responsible for. That's the gap. Keystone closes it.

The story

A co-brand, on purpose.

01 · The gap

Capital is available. Readiness is the bottleneck.

EU foundations, banks and public authorities have committed billions to sustainable entrepreneurship and the social economy. They cannot deploy it without a verified pipeline of investable, audit-ready, policy-fluent partners. The pipeline doesn't assemble itself. Big Four consultancies don't have the network. The network alone doesn't have the consulting depth.

02 · The response

Productise the readiness layer.

SENIC has the consulting depth and three proprietary platforms. Diesis Network has 90,000 enterprises across 20+ EU countries and Brussels institutional gravitas. RAISE Alliance brings academic peer review. Together, the three close the gap with a productised, fixed-fee, audit-grade methodology — at 40–60% of Big Four day rates.

03 · The architecture

50/50, peer-reviewed, EU-wide.

Keystone is a contractual co-brand between SENIC and Diesis. The Plan A Impact Framework is owned 50/50. The methodology is peer-reviewed annually by RAISE university partners. We trademark the brand across EU 27 + UK, publish our methodology, and refuse to take equity in the organisations we help. That's the only way the framework stays defensible.

Who stands behind it

How we work

Six principles we hold ourselves to.

Six commitments — public, durable, measurable.

1 · We measure structure and behaviour, not opinion.

Every score in the framework is anchored to an observable indicator. We don't score aspiration or self-perception.

2 · We publish our methodology.

The Plan A Impact Framework is published. Sub-indicators are documented. Peer review is on the public record annually.

3 · We don't take equity in the organisations we assess.

The methodology stays defensible only if we have no upside in the outcome. Fixed fees, no warrants, no carried interest.

4 · We price productised, not by the day.

Fixed scope, fixed fee, fixed timeline. Founding cohort discount is the only systemic exception.

5 · We share the dataset, anonymised.

Engagements feed an anonymised benchmark dataset. The annual report is a public good. Member organisations get their percentile.

6 · We say no when the fit is wrong.

Not every organisation should buy a Sprint. Sometimes the right answer is the free Intelligence tier or a co-financed cohort.

Team

The people behind Keystone.

Co-architects, advisors, and the Diesis member network.

Keystone is led jointly by the founders of SENIC and the Diesis Network, with a steering committee that includes an independent academic chair from RAISE Alliance. Delivery is staffed from SENIC's consulting bench and the Diesis member network depending on segment.

Named team profiles — including founders, steering committee chair and partner-level consultants — will be published here once consents and photographs are finalised. Expected: alongside the founding cohort launch in Q3 2026.
